#togetherwegofurther,  come and solve your CODEV challenges!

  •  If you're facing a challenge on your own, coming up with the same ideas for solutions over and over again, and you're sometimes unable to come up with a solution... the group will help you to gain perspective and find creative solutions!
  • Sometimes the routine of professional life gets the better of you... what if you did things differently, thanks to the inspiration of the group?

  • You'll realize that "you're not the only one going through this" and you'll come away boosted with lots of ideas for solutions!

What kind of challenges can you solve in CODEV?

  • a one-off or recurring professional challenge: taking up a new position, work overload, difficult relations with a colleague/manager/partner, complex projects (not technical
  •  Is there anything you need to change in yourself or in your environment to make your life easier? (perspective-taking, time management, creativity...)
  • a professional transition: changing jobs? retraining? looking for a new job?

What is CODEV?

The idea is to use the collective intelligence of a group of 5 to 7 people to serve the needs of one person in the group. Each person comes up with a topic, and the group chooses the one that resonates most with the group as a whole. We then collectively help the subject to find his or her own solution, offering our experience, creativity and support..

The magic of co-development is that everyone benefits from the session: everyone leaves with something inspiring for their daily professional or personal lives.

The CODEV advantage:  the group meets 5 times, 4/5 weeks apart, so you build strong bonds, have a group of peers you can count on and expand your network! Note: it's possible to decline the 5-session commitment or join the group in progress.

Codev is open to all alumni, whatever their age, experience or challenge: diversity is the strength of the group!

I have questions about

Support is provided by Clotilde Nicolaÿ, collective intelligence facilitator and internal coach at Centrale Nantes Alumni:

Co-construction and support, 2 key words in her career path

After graduating in Economics and Marketing, then in Urban Project Management at Ponts et Chaussées, she began her career in deadline management for the construction of high-speed rail lines and freeways: "Getting all the trades to agree on a schedule was very formative, and I have used this project management and co-construction skill in all the positions I have subsequently held".

She then turned her attention to regional economic development, with the mission of federating a region's economic players to attract companies and talent. Arriving in Nantes in 2013, she became Deputy Director of the Nantes Saint Nazaire Economic Development Agency, assisting companies with their development projects.

A burn-out in 2017 prompted her to reconsider her career path and her choices, and she became a coach (trained by Alain Cardon MCC, training validated ACSTH by the ICF) and collective intelligence facilitator (trained by Thomas Emmanuel Gérard), supporting individuals and teams in their professional and personal development. "When you're going round in circles on a subject, when you feel you're slipping ... you save so much energy and time by calling in a coach! It helps you gain perspective, make the right choices and implement the necessary changes."

She joined the alumni team in September 2021, as coach and head of the Centrale Nantes alumni department.

2 unique details

She's also a yoga teacher: "my burn-out made me realize the importance of listening to my body on a daily basis, and yoga helped me so much in this process that I wanted to pass it on to others".

Another interesting detail: she spent 6 years abroad, so she speaks English and Spanish, and "I have a great appetite for exchanging ideas with international people". International alumni you're welcome!
